While we currently do not set a minimum order quantity, we do expect a consistent flow of orders from our resellers. The frequency and volume of these orders can be tailored to suit the specific needs of your business. We reserve the right to make final decisions on these matters to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership. We understand the importance of stocking the right products to align with your business strategy and maximize your sales. To assist you in this crucial decision-making process, we offer insights based on our comprehensive sales data and trends across our brand. When a customer confirms an order with us, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount to secure the order. After the goods are dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation and request the remaining 50% balance. We accept payments via Wise or direct bank transfer, with details to be finalized through communication with our sales team. This process ensures a smooth and secure transaction for both parties.

We calculate the shipping costs based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. These estimated costs will be included in your total order amount. This means you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total order amount, which includes the estimated shipping fee. Once the goods are dispatched, we will finalize the actual shipping costs and request the payment of the remaining amount (covering both the goods and shipping costs) to complete the transaction.

We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs, including DHL, UPS.
